Silver Birches Resort - Hawley

The fire pits were a nice touch, but the room cleanliness was disappointing.

Location: the hotel was not far from the beautiful lake and Silver Birches. There was a great selection of exceptional meals:)))

That was quirky and absolutely great hotel set in wonderful area, close enough to the lake itself with beautiful sunsets and bonfires. Exceptionally nice staff who said she would tell manager, and the location was great.

Great heated pool and friendly staff. Breakfast options were lacking and disappointing.

The location offers stunning lake views and amazing water sports facilities. We had an unforgettable stay while celebrating a special occasion.

Felt like being home, no complaints at all.

The jacuzzi tub in our room was a standout feature for relaxation.

Water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent, making it difficult to shower comfortably.

I just spent two magical nights in a Double Room filled with beautiful, modern touches! I loved the complimentary champagne toast as the sun dipped below the lake. The outdoor fire pit was the perfect gathering spot after a day of kayaking on the sparkling water-such a fantastic way to unwind and connect with fellow guests!

Family with kids unforgettable getaway

We had an amazing time planning a boat rental through them and when we got back our room was all set. The staff was super helpful bringing our bags to the room so we could jump right out on the lake.

It was a bit pricey but honestly not too bad for what we got.

The room was spacious and clean, offering beautiful lake views, made our mornings good. The heated pool was a fantastic addition. Plus, the staff were helpful.

Some areas could use better maintenance.

We had a great time on our recent stay! The outdoor space was absolutely stunning, especially lounging by the fire pits while enjoying the view. Breakfast at the dock was a highlight with generous portions. However, the pool area could use some visual updates, as the turf felt outdated. Would definitely return for more relaxing moments on the lake.

Hidden gem with lakeside charm

The lake views were beautiful, and breakfast in the lobby was a nice touch. The room was clean and seemed recently updated, but man, the wifi was spotty. It. The staff was super friendly and helped us out when we needed it.

Good place with its lake views, heated pool, and free parking. The staff even helped me with sim cards during my first visit! I highly recommend it for a fun getaway. I'm coming back soon!

The cute staff prepared a lovely surprise for us with champagne upon arrival. I appreciated the room's fine sea view, which enhanced our experience. The outdoor fire and delivered breakfast added thoughtful touches to our stay.

The sound insulation between rooms could be improved.

Enjoying the sunsets from Adirondack chairs by the fire pits was a family favorite. The live music and complementary paddleboards added to the summer fun, while the spacious room with lake views was great.

My kids wished the bathrooms were better maintained.

We enjoyed captivating sunset views by the water's edge. The daily breakfast was good, with a mix of fruit, eggs, and waffles. Take advantage of the kayaks early in the morning for a peaceful paddle. Just beware of the steep terrain, especially if traveling with seniors.
